6.1. How Do I Access Employee Forms?

 “Employee forms can be found on the district website under Resources. This will be the place to go for accidents forms, leave requests, conference requests, etc. Employees will need to log in to Resources to access the forms and nearly every form is fillable. 1. Ravenna Public Schools

Go to Ravenna Public Schools website

  1. Click the Resources tab.
  2. Click the Employee Resources option.

2. Employee Login

  1. Use your "ra" credentials for your login
  2. Click Login
