2.2. Flash - Safari v11.0.2 - Preferences

1. Where the Flash settings are depends on the version of Safari you use. These instructions are for Safari version 11.0.2.

Check your version of Safari.

  1. Click Safari
  2. Click About Safari

  1. The version is shown on the window that opens.
  2. Close the window afterward.

3. Open Safari Preferences

  1. Click Safari
  2. Click Preferences...

4. Websites

  1. Click Websites
  2. Click Adobe Flash Player. This plug-in should be checked.
  3. The website in question should be set to on. Change it to On if it is not.
  4. If you want Flash to be turned on automatically, set "When visiting other websites:" to On.

Close Safari Preferences when finished.
