Open Safari

  1. Click the Safari menu
  2. Click Preferences

Safari: Security preferences

  1. Click the Security icon
  2. Verify Internet plug-ins: is checked
  3. Click Plug-in Settings...

3. Adobe Flash Player plug-in

Beware when sites unexpectedly ask you to turn on Flash. If you aren't expecting it, investigate before allowing it.

  1. Verify Adobe Flash Player is checked.
  2. Look for the relevant website.
  3. Choose "On" for websites you trust.
  4. You might want to change this to Ask.
  5. Click Done after making your changes.

 Close your Safari preferences and try the website again.
